We want you to be happy with SnapLnk Pro. This policy explains when and how you can get a refund.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Just contact us and we will process it — no complicated questions.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep Pro access until then. Charges for a renewal period are generally non-refundable once the new period has started, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with the email address used for the purchase. Because our payments are handled by our Merchant of Record Paddle.com, approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days.
